To carry out, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, investment, representation, purchasing, sales, brokerage, study, promotion, management, financing, development and construction operations in the field of real estate, both in Switzerland, within the limits of the FLAIE, and abroad; to prepare all plans, projects and financial plans for the execution of construction works; to execute and supervise all construction works; to import, export and distribute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, materials, construction elements and installations, including all accessories and ancillary objects (cf. statutes for full purpose).
