To act as a service company on behalf of the parent company, SNKO AGRI LTD in Nicosia (Cyprus) and on behalf of its sister companies wherever they are located in the world, particularly with regard to: - the sale of agricultural products meeting the various needs of farmers, including providing seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers, sprays, tools and equipment, machinery and veterinary products, supplemented by advice on their operation and use as well as after-sales service; - and also all advice and services in the commercial, administrative, financial and management fields (cf. statutes for full purpose).
