The company may perform all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose and suitable for developing it, in particular by concluding all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It may participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, establish and/or finance such enterprises, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant or guarantee loans or advances to its shareholders.
