Physiotherapy

Therapeutic exercise to maintain and improve strength, endurance, coordination and mobility; with active and passive exercises, electro- and heat therapies, massages as well as home exercises.

Manual therapy

Treatment of functional disorders of muscles, bones and joints using handhold techniques, traction, sliding techniques, soft-tissue techniques and compression to relieve pain and improve range of motion.

Manual lymph drainage

Decongestive therapy for oedema after trauma, surgery or tumour treatment; also for orthopaedic and traumatological swellings, supplemented by compression treatment and movement therapy.

Electrotherapy

Treatment using galvanic, low-, medium- and high-frequency currents to relieve pain, promote blood flow, activate muscles and support in cases of muscle weakness or muscle paralysis.

Classic massage

Massage to relieve muscular tension and hardening, promote blood flow and metabolism; depending on the grip technique, either loosening or increasing muscle tone, also combined with heat therapy.

Ultrasound therapy

Ultrasound treatment for muscular and skeletal conditions, back pain, muscle spasms, bursitis and tendinitis; it promotes deep heat, blood flow, regeneration and alleviates swelling.

PelviPower pelvic floor training

Non-invasive pelvic floor training with PelviPower™ to strengthen the deep muscles; used, among other things, for postpartum recovery, incontinence, prostate-related issues and for prevention.

Sound bowl therapy

Sound bowl and planet bowl therapy for deep relaxation; used for tension, headaches, back pain, nervousness, sleep disorders and inner unrest.

Dorn-Breuss therapy

Dorn therapy to straighten the spine and Breuss massage as an energy-based spinal massage; also used for disc complaints.

Fascial techniques

Treatment of fascial dysfunctions with manual techniques to release adhesions, improve load tolerance and relieve complaints.

Trigger point therapy and dry needling

Treatment of muscular trigger points using pressure techniques or a fine needle to release muscle contractions, improve blood flow and reduce inflammatory reactions.

Heat therapy and back school

Heat therapy to promote blood flow and muscle relaxation, as well as a back school with exercises and behavioural recommendations to prevent and reduce back pain.
