The association, as a cantonal umbrella organization, primarily aims to coordinate all employer policy issues of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Northwestern Switzerland. It consistently represents its members in this area by, among other things, continuously identifying, documenting and enforcing employer-specific interests with corresponding measures. The association establishes and operates, where possible, special contact, coordination and communication instruments in connection with other representative employer associations, authorities, social partners, etc. in Northwestern Switzerland.
