To define the common needs of members in the perspective of the territorial project developed within the framework of the Neuchâtel Urban Network strategy; to concretize, with the help of other regional contract partners, the measures agreed upon or other measures that contribute to the implementation of the territorial project; to defend the interests of members in the implementation of instruments related to the RUN strategy, and in particular the Val-de-Travers regional contract.
