The company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to project management in the field of construction and civil engineering, including the design, execution and supervision of projects, as well as the execution of structural and finishing work, the management, installation, maintenance and renovation of electrical installations for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, real estate management, including the administration of buildings, maintenance, rental and valorization of real estate, all consulting, assistance and expertise services related to the aforementioned fields, as well as the purchase and sale of construction-related materials in general, any commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable operation directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or likely to facilitate its expansion or development, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as import-export and trade of all products. It may: carry out any financial, commercial and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in all connected or similar companies that may develop its purpose; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad; conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
