Creation of permanent, healthy and affordable housing for low-income families in the municipality of Laufen and its surroundings through the acquisition of land, purchase of building rights, construction of residential buildings, as well as through the acquisition of old, suitable and renovation-needing residential buildings, excluding any speculative intent. The cooperative may participate in companies with the same or similar objectives.
