The cooperative builds and rents affordable apartments to its members on the basis of cost rent. To this end, it can acquire, encumber and sell plots of land. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives and acquire membership in umbrella organizations of non-profit building cooperatives.
