The cooperative aims to provide healthy and affordable housing to its members through joint self-help by acquiring land or purchasing building rights, constructing, maintaining and servicing residential buildings, and renting out the apartments to its members. The cooperative may also enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are related thereto. The sale of the cooperative's properties may only be carried out exceptionally and without any speculative intent.
