The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing through joint self-help and to permanently remove it from speculation, in order to realize self-managed, secure and communal forms of housing. The cooperative's activity is not profit-driven. The cooperative builds and rents affordable housing primarily to its members. The cooperative maintains its buildings in good structural condition and renovates them periodically. The living space and the number of users should be in a reasonable proportion to each other.
