The cooperative aims to create, operate and maintain, as well as distribute the costs of the neighborhood street for the single-family homes on Friedheimstrasse in Erstfeld (plot no. 478), and to protect the common interests of the single-family homes on Friedheimstrasse and the cooperative members against external parties, in particular against neighboring properties in the Friedheimstrasse neighborhood, authorities and insurance companies, etc.
