The purpose of the cooperative is to provide its members with affordable housing and to build and acquire residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. In particular, it aims to promote affordable housing in accordance with federal, cantonal and communal housing promotion legislation. It is a member of WOHNEN SCHWEIZ - Association of Building Cooperatives. The cooperative can acquire or sell land, land in building rights or real estate companies, as well as build, acquire, manage or rent houses. When selling a property, members of the cooperative must be given the opportunity to acquire it at a reasonable price.
