Establishment and operation of a retirement and care home in the city of Zurich or its immediate surroundings, etc. If, thanks to the foundation's activities, a retirement and care home in the city of Zurich or its immediate surroundings can be operated and is likely to be self-sufficient without further contributions, the foundation's funds may be used for contributions to other charitable works, benefiting disadvantaged individuals, primarily from the city of Zurich, as well as for contributions of another kind to charitable institutions active in the canton of Zurich.
