The purpose of the company is to conduct all real estate transactions both domestically and internationally, in particular the brokerage, management and rental, acquisition and sale of developed and undeveloped properties, as well as the planning, construction, renovation and repurposing of buildings on its own account and on behalf of third parties. The company may participate in other companies, establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and internationally, grant loans and, in addition, perform all legal acts that may be necessary to achieve the purpose of the company.
