The Company's purpose is, in Switzerland and/or abroad, (i) any operation related to the operation of one or more medical centers or offices for diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, especially of urological pathologies, including - but not limited to - research, development and any activity related to the field of urology, including any consulting, training and expertise activity; (ii) the purchase, sale and rental of medical and paramedical equipment, including export and import, especially in the field of urology; (iii) to file, acquire, hold and sell patents or any intellectual property rights and to acquire, hold and grant licenses; (iv) to grant (a) loans and/or any other form of financing or (b) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more associates, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it promotes the interests of the Company.
