The association is non-profit; its purpose is to enable the operation of the CEESV. To this end, it takes the necessary measures (financial and administrative) assigned to it, in particular in the context of the application of conventions and agreements in force for the hospital and medico-social sectors, the applicability of which is validated by the CEESV, or in the context of mandates entrusted to it by its members. In the absence of a conventional regime, the CEESV may be called upon to pursue its purpose within the framework of a cantonal or federal tariff. The CEESV may be required to play a broader role in the context of relations between partners.
