Chalet L'Ajolek, société coopérative

1. To enable members of the Cooperative (hereinafter: the cooperative members) to stay at advantageous conditions by making available the chalet located on plot no. 15835, 1985 Villaz (municipality of Évolène), of which Brigitte Chautems, François Lob, Pierre-Philippe Lob and Laurent Roger Lob were co-owners prior to the formation of the cooperative, while preserving the ambiance of the place, i.e. a simple, welcoming and meeting place where a spirit of solidarity and openness prevails, and this without any profit motive. 2. To distribute the burden of the chalet among a larger number of people than before the formation of the cooperative.
