The purpose of the company is the creation and production of journalistic services, films and broadcasts intended primarily for dissemination via the web and/or other technological platforms. The company may carry out any commercial activity, related or not, useful for achieving the social purpose, by acquiring, selling or assigning to third parties spaces, services, productions and programs. It may collect sponsorships and advertisements intended to finance its own productions or those of third parties. The company may participate in other entities in the publishing sector as well as establish branches and/or subsidiaries both in Switzerland and abroad.
