To manage public utility housing at favorable prices for its members, excluding any speculative intent, in particular in the sense of the federal law promoting the construction and acquisition of home ownership (LCAP). The constructions owned by the cooperative must be permanently used as public utility housing. The cooperative builds, buys, sells and rents apartments, prioritizing its members, at favorable prices.
