The cooperative aims to promote the economic progress of its member businesses through joint self-help by procuring consulting and support services, goods and products of good to high quality, and consumables at favorable terms. The cooperative may also purchase products from its members and resell them. It may also manage the joint administration of rights (licenses) to products and methods developed by members or the cooperative. It promotes communication among members and provides training.
