The company may also: carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; take an interest, in any form, in similar enterprises; and grant loans to shareholders or third parties.
