The company's purpose is: a) all activities in the field of civil engineering, outdoor planning, excavation, demolition, as well as all renovation, sawing and coring work; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its business both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
