The cooperative aims to regulate the usage relationships as well as the management and maintenance of the jointly claimed facilities, installations and equipment in the Dörfli settlement, and to operate the heating system based on the principle of self-management and active participation of the cooperative members. Furthermore, it aims to promote neighborhood relationships and community activities within the settlement community, as well as to represent Dörfli externally. It can also perform tasks in the interest of all members of the cooperative.
