The Company's purpose is the acquisition, development and exploitation of land in the Rhone plain. It may also build or rent buildings. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, exploit and transfer real estate and intellectual property rights both domestically and abroad, and may also open branches and establish subsidiaries both domestically and abroad. The Company may participate in financing transactions with group companies and third parties in Switzerland and abroad, including granting loans to group companies or providing guarantees or other collateral of any kind for their obligations to third parties, even if such loans or collateral are in the exclusive interest of the Company's group companies or are provided free of charge. The Company may also engage in any transaction deemed appropriate to promote the Company's purpose or related thereto.
