The foundation's purpose is to be active in the social, economic, cultural and tourist sectors within the territory of the former municipality of Elm, as it existed on the day of the foundation's establishment. Specifically, the foundation may: support institutions active in the social sector and elderly care; support economic institutions and projects. The beneficiary institution must have its registered office in 8767 Elm; support associations and similar institutions active in the cultural or sports sector.
