Provision for the benefit of the senior employees of Georg Fischer AG and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. The foundation may also include senior employees of companies economically or financially closely linked to the company, as well as those that have been linked in the past, by means of a written accession agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority, provided that the necessary funds are made available to the foundation and the rights of the existing beneficiaries are not impaired.
