The Company's purpose is to develop and operate the hydraulic forces of the waters of the Lienne basin and the waters of neighboring basins, and to distribute the produced electrical energy among the shareholders. The Company may dispose of installations not necessary for operation that are in its ownership. The electrical lines owned by Lienne but also used by the GRD may be sold. The corresponding fields are assimilated to the lines. Furthermore, Lienne may buy and sell energy or water. The lease contracts in force as of January 1, 2024, may not be disposed of.
