Fondation André Léchot

The foundation aims to conserve the unique collection of small watchmaking machines compiled by Mr. André Léchot, in particular to prevent its decomposition and expatriation, manage, maintain and complement it with other machines, tools or exhibition objects that support its spirit, and to present it to the public mainly in the Biel/Bienne/Seeland/Bernese Jura region in the context of museums, exhibitions and other events, and to organize events and all related activities. It may cooperate with authorities and other institutions active in the same field.
