to create, manage, and protect coats of arms, titles, and blazons exclusively for the knights of the order; to confer or withdraw titles of nobility owned by it to all knights of the order; to establish a fund for the renovation, acquisition, transformation, and rental of properties (possibly castles) for the benefit of the knights of the order; to ensure that total transparency exists within the order and that it is never sectarian; to promote the development of a new chivalry whose principles must be based on idealistic behavior.
