The foundation's purpose is: 1. to provide assistance to the institutions listed in Article 2 of the founder's will of April 2, 2002, namely: - Valais Association for Disabled Children, Institut Notre Dame de Lourdes in Sierre; - Valais Association of Girl Guides in Sion; - Association Pro Longo Mai in Basel; - Wolff Foundation in Sion; - Home La Résidence in Sion; - Espace Enfants Foundation (FEE) in Sion, provided that these institutions still exist and meet the conditions required by the testatrix. 2. to support and assist charitable works in the canton of Valais, particularly institutions whose main activity is related to children and the disabled, their well-being, education, integration, and care. 3. to support families themselves for specific needs within the circle of beneficiaries, more precisely within the framework of the activities of the aforementioned associations and the allocation requirements contained in the will of April 11, 2002.
