Operation of a rented premises/apartment for the Association Valaisanne de la Main Tendue Valais to fulfill its mission of providing a telephone helpline for people in distress, a training center for responders, and a meeting place for them, or to recognized public interest institutions pursuing similar goals; the foundation's other real estate properties will be rented out at market rates or preferential conditions to institutions or communities pursuing public interest goals, prioritizing early childhood or youth, and subsidiarily pursuing other social activities.
