to manage its real estate assets and more specifically: to manage, maintain or develop the real estate assets of Group A, referred to as social, and Group B, referred to as cultural, of the parishes of the Jura Pastoral Unit already merged and those of the other parishes of the Jura Pastoral Unit that would merge after the entry into force of these statutes; to make Group B, referred to as cultural, available free of charge to the Jura Pastoral Unit and its communities for pastoral activities; to contribute to the financing of the cultural activities of the Jura Pastoral Unit and its communities.
