To provide assistance to citizens of the Caviano district (originating from or not from the Gambarogno municipality, domiciled or merely resident) who are in economically difficult circumstances or who, as a result of illness, find themselves in financial difficulties. Particular consideration will be given to cases of individuals affected by tuberculosis. Only the income (interest) from the foundation's initial assets will be used to grant assistance. The foundation pursues objectives of public utility and therefore operates without profit.
