The establishment of a social wine cellar in the Lugano district, considering only the municipalities that include land included in the wine register. The initial assets of the foundation consist of the following real estate properties located in the territory of Croglio RFD, parcel no. 385 of 19,901 sqm and parcel no. 1022 of 69 sqm. In the event that it is not possible to establish the social wine cellar, the foundation also aims to create a vineyard and/or a wine-growing and wine-producing company, either on its own or through the rental of land.
