The cooperative aims to promote and protect the interests of the owners, beneficiaries of easements and cooperative members in the cooperative area of La Schmetta, to manage a common administration throughout the cooperative area and to operate and maintain the infrastructure of the La Schmetta development. The cooperative may acquire or dispose of plots of land and enter into any other business and conclude contracts that serve the infrastructure in the La Schmetta area and are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative.
