The cooperative aims to manage the properties owned by its members through joint self-help, specifically woodland and pasture properties, as well as developed properties, thereby providing its members with a direct economic benefit. The cooperative may acquire or sell properties or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. In the event of the sale of a property, members shall be given the opportunity to acquire it at a reasonable price beforehand. This creates an economic benefit in favor of the members.
