Genossenschaft Wärmeverbund Affoltern im Emmental (WVA)

The cooperative aims to provide its members with heat in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner through joint self-help. To this end, it operates and maintains one or more wood chip firing systems and the associated heat distribution networks. It can participate directly or indirectly in the creation and operation of wood chip firing systems. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, as well as build, acquire, manage or rent houses of all kinds. It is also permitted to sell plots of land or parts thereof.
