The cooperative aims to provide its members with purposeful and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility, to maintain it, and to remove it from speculation in the long term. It promotes cohabitation in the sense of social and overall societal changes and responsibility as well as mutual solidarity. The cooperative can offer spaces in its buildings for business and non-profit, communal services.
