It may engage in all financial, commercial, or industrial activities, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
