The company's purpose is the purchase and sale, mainly abroad, of industrial, electronic and computer equipment of all kinds, in particular for the application of processes used in the printing of banknotes and securities papers, finishing systems, especially for quality control and numbering, auxiliary installations for security printing and raw materials necessary for these activities, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also provide technical services, know-how, design, applications, computer systems, models, engravings, and so on, necessary for the production, creation, sale or management of banknotes, software, securities papers and raw materials necessary for these activities, as well as services to be rendered to banking or financial institutions, monetary or electronic transfers or means of payment. The company may carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent or commission agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose.
