The purpose of the association is to create a strong and united international organization consisting of independent members providing legal services under the brand. The purpose of the association is: a) to promote the development, success and reputation of each member as an office of GRATA International in its territory; b) to coordinate the provision of legal services by its members; c) to develop, promote and support standards; d) to improve the quality of services provided by members; e) to promote mutual recommendations and exchange of customer data among all members; f) to promote integration and any other form of cooperation between members, including the commitment that all members should involve each other in the projects of their customers in their territory and recommend other members to potential customers; g) to promote the use of shared experience among all members; h) to promote and develop international cooperation, professional experience exchange and cultural and human relations among all members; i) to develop and use common information systems; j) to coordinate global and local marketing and PR worldwide; k) to create an effective, innovative system of corporate organization and support the motivation of the team of each member; l) to protect, improve and extend the use of the brand; m) to provide any other support to develop the performance of the association or to strengthen it and its members; full purpose description according to the statutes.
