The foundation finances and promotes environmental protection projects and green initiatives, as well as human and nature-friendly energy and climate protection projects and measures, both domestically and abroad. The foundation also serves to promote public welfare through direct or indirect support of charitable, humanitarian, and peace-promoting projects. The foundation has a non-profit character, does not pursue any commercial purposes, and is not profit-oriented. It is neutral in terms of party politics and denomination. The use of even parts of the foundation's assets in any way other than to achieve the foundation's purpose is excluded. The purpose of the foundation is irrevocable. The foundation may establish representations, branches, or subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, to pursue the foundation's purpose, as well as operate a trade in a commercially organized manner.
