The purpose of the company is: to provide consulting services and services to companies and corporations; as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as to take participation in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties.
