The company aims to acquire, operate and possibly rent the former Hotel Baer property, which belonged to the late Mrs. Marie Immer in Meiringen, along with its associated movable assets. It may establish branch offices in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into any business transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also acquire, manage, encumber and dispose of copyrights, patents and licenses of all kinds.
