The company aims to purchase plots of land from the perimeter of the Hightech Zone (HTZ) in the municipality of Würenlingen after the legally binding rezoning for comprehensive and zone-compliant development, i.e., from the planning to the marketing of the HTZ and its market-appropriate allocation under building rights. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries and participate in other companies. It can engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to the purpose of the company. Furthermore, it can also buy and sell plots of land within and outside the HTZ if this seems necessary from the perspective of the purpose according to paragraph 1.
