The company's purpose is: the import and export between China and Europe, the trade of products and devices of the cosmetic, perfumery and fashion industries, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, the trade of daily chemical products, the reception in Switzerland of Chinese travelers, in groups or individually. It may assume all mandates in the aforementioned fields and, in general, carry out all commercial, industrial, real estate or financial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may create branches and assume participations in all companies in Switzerland or abroad.
