The purpose of the company is: a) the representation, import, manufacture and trade of food products, fine wines and spirits, as well as the management of real estate and the operation of a tanning center; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties.
