The company's activities include the trade of food products and machinery/accessories, particularly in the sector of coffee machines and automatic distributors. The company is also authorized to purchase, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without a LAFE subordination procedure) if the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may open branches and subsidiaries, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and engage in all commercial, financial or other activities that are related to its purpose.
