The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of real estate, including buying, selling, managing, renting, managing, promoting and brokering, as well as all activities in the financial sector, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE). The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
